mystery c melody mouthpiece

this one came with an old stencil c melody horn -

it says: c/c and then: ch.chederville/Paris (I think; the letters are somewhat faded)

I'm pretty certain it's a c melody piece, as my c melody reeds fit.

anybody ever hear of it?

Allen - Yep, I've got one just like it in the box of 20's C-Mel mouthpieces. Looks slightly better quality than your average 20's mouthpiece, but mine has aged just as badly, don't you just love that vintage ebonite taste...

Do a 'Google' on chedeville mouthpiece

I'll take a picture and a couple of measurements tomorrow and add them to this post.
